Pleated Midi Skirt & Knit Sweater (and GIVEAWAY!)

Pleated Midi Skirt & Knit Sweater (and GIVEAWAY!)

If there was one outfit I wish I could re-wear every week, this would be the one! Not only is it incredibly comfortable, but I love the textures and colors in this ensemble. I wore this pleated midi skirt and open knit sweater during our trip to Charleston a few weeks ago, ...

Blush Midi Shirtdress

Blush Midi Shirtdress

It's no secret I love a shirtdress. If you've been following my blog or instagram for a while, you've probably noticed that I wear them frequently. I can't help but love the classic style! This shirtdress is an easy option for me because I can wear it to meetings or brunch with girlfriends. And how cute is the navy ribbon detailing? I kept this look office friendly with my scalloped flats, ...

The Packing List: Charleston

The Packing List: Charleston

When Austin and I traveled to Charleston a few weeks ago (you can read our travel guide here), we stayed at The Mills House. It was a beautiful hotel and the perfect location to walk around the city. While we were there, I got several emails and comments asking if I would share my packing essentials and suggestions. I personally, love to read "in my bag" types of posts so I am excited to share one with all of you! ...

Things To Do In Charleston

Things To Do In Charleston

A few weeks ago Austin and I traveled to Charleston, SC. It was our first time to visit this historic city, but I am certain it will not be our last. Austin was up there for work, and I decided to tag along for the weekend. We were only there for a few days, but I wanted to share our list of must-do's! Here are a few of our favorite spots in Charleston: ...

Blush Knit Sweater & Distressed Denim

Blush Knit Sweater & Distressed Denim

As Fall is quickly approaching, I find myself looking for sweaters, boots, and scarves to add in my wardrobe. Like most of you, I have several sweaters that I rotate each season, but I do like to add a few new styles to my collection. I recently found this split back knit sweater and it was too soft to pass up. With the split detailing on the back, this sweater is anything but basic. ...

White Lace Blouse

White Lace Blouse

Well, New York Fashion Week is officially here and I am heading out this morning to the big apple. Though, the week brings a packed schedule, I really look forward to it each year. It's a great opportunity to get  ahead on preparing content around the Spring and Summer trends and it's fun to reconnect with a few of my favorite brands. This year, I am working on a few projects while I am up there (more to come on those) and I can't wait to take you behind the scenes on Snapchat! While I like to post to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, Snapchat is where I share the most photos and videos. Plus, the filters just make it more fun! I wore this While Lace Blouse last week, and love this fun spin on the classic white blouse. The lace detailing is gorgeous and the layered look makes it unique. I also like this similar version. I actually packed it with me and plan to wear it on the plane ride home next week. I hope you guys have a great Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by! xx Ashley OUTFIT DETAILS: Chicwish Lace Dolly Top (fit: runs a little big) c/o ...

White Crochet Midi Dress

White Crochet Midi Dress

A few weeks ago Austin and I traveled to Charleston and spent a few days enjoying the beautiful city (I will be doing a full Travel Guide next week). During our trip we walked as much as possible. After all, it is the best way to see the city! One of my favorite outfits that I wore was this White Midi Dress. It may look familiar to you if you saw this post from last May, ...

His & Her Denim (and getting a little personal!)

His & Her Denim (and getting a little personal!)

So, I’m pretty excited about this post. It’s not every day I get to work on a project with Austin. And trust me, it wasn’t easy convincing him to “model”, but he was such a trooper in his utility jacket and dark rinse jeans! Although it may have gone to his head a little (shh don’t tell him I said that).  ...

Floral Pleated Skirt

Floral Pleated Skirt

I love a good pleated skirt, especially one with a floral print! This Floral Box-Pleat Skirt (now on sale) is one of those skirts that can be worn with your favorite sweater (similar style) or silky blouse (budget friendly version). I love the versatility! I wore this around Charleston last week with these flats (identical version) and I can't wait to wear it again at NYFW ...

Skincare Routine for Oily Skin

Skincare Routine for Oily Skin

One of the most common questions I get asked is regarding my daily skincare routine. While I do like to try new products here and there, I love sharing the products with you that really stick out to me. I've mentioned before that my skin type is combination, but lately, it seems I have been suffering from more breakouts and excess oil. Lovely, I know. While this can seem very frustrating at times, I have read in several articles that oily skin does have it's benefits. For one, it's less dry during the winter, and two, we are less likely to get wrinkles at an early age. Those do seem exciting but I know for me, I want to control my oil and breakouts as much as possible.  ...
