Beauty Talk | Wedding Proof

Packing is hard for me.  I am very indecisive and it takes me forever to figure out what I want to bring, especially when it comes to products.  Obviously I can’t take everything.  Although, if you’ve traveled with me, you may think I do. I realized it was time to bring out the big guns. I had to choose items that were small in size and could withstand late nights, long days and lots o’ celebrating.  This was an easy choice considering I have been a loyal fan of all of these goodies for a while. Some were even used for my wedding and they definitely did they trick. Here’s my must haves for products that will last all day and through the night. Enjoy!!

CHANEL ROUGE ALLURE in Passion : Great lipstick that is moisturizing yet lasts hours. It’s almost like a stain. This will definitely be my go to lip color for the weekend.

WELLA Stay Firm Hairspray: Can you say humidity resistent? This baby is amazing. I use just a little bit over long curls to give a subtle hold. This can definitely be a firm hold, so a little goes a long way. Also, have UV protectors to protect color from fading. Nice!

BOBBI BROWN Gel Pot Eyeliner: Hello, Amazing. I have used this eyeliner for the last 9 years. Yea, thats a freaking long time to use something (don’t worry, it has been replaced many times) but I love it. It’s that good. It is waterproof, cry proof and dance all night proof.

PHYTODEFRISANT: The best frizz fighting cream I have EVER used. And I have some thick hair, so I have tried so many different serums  and creams but I always go back to this little guy. He is a little costly, but worth it! So light people with fine hair can use it to. I promise you will like it!

BOBBI BROWN Foundation Stick: I love this stuff. I reviewed about this before but I still swear by this stuff. It really does last and cover. But be careful, too much can be too much. Little bit goes a long way.

E.L.F Makeup Setting Spray: hello, amazing. This stuff is awesome. I’m usually not a believe in spraying something on my face after makeup is done but this changes everything. Only 3 sprays and you’re good to go. Cuts back on shine and keeps your makeup on all day. I don’t use this everyday, but for a weekend like this, most definitely. Found at Target for $3.

LORAC Behind The Scenes: hands down the best eyelid primer ever. Ever. Ever. I’ve tried so many and this is by far the winner. It doesn’t dry our my eyelids either. Eyeshadow and eyeliner stays on all day, rain or shine.

YVES SAINT LAURENT Touche Éclat-Radiant Touch: I’ve only been using this product for a few months but I can already tell why people rave about this product. I’m not going to lie, it hurt to spend $40 on an under eye concealer but it’s pretty freaking awesome. It moisturizes while giving coverage that lasts all day. Highly recommended!

MIRACLE SKIN TRANSFORMER in translucent: think of this as a face primer that moisturizers and protects. It has SPF 20 and literally makes my skin feel like silk. The first time I tried it I thought my makeup would just slide right off. Wrong. It makes it stay and keeps my skin looking fresh. It comes in different shades so I may have to make a trip to sephora and use it as a tinted moisturizer.

I am loving this valuable info. I’m a big fan of pretty much anything Chanel or Bobbi, but it’s nice to see what else is out there. I’m especially intrigued by the E.L.F Makeup Setting Spray. Thanks Ashley! -Sara
