Spring is here and so are new beauty trends. Natural and nude tones are so hot right now. Of course you will see pops of pink, but these nudes are the way to go.
I have always been a fan of Butter London products. Their “Lippy” lip gloss is super pigmented and has some amazing lasting power, but I’m a bigger fan of their nail polishes. This color,Yummy Mummy, is so pretty! It’s the right shade of “nude” and looks great on all skin tones. I was skeptical at first… worried it would look blah against my skin tone, but it’s perfect! I can’t pull off a nude lip, but this is as close as it gets! I pair Nars Lipstick in Viva Las Vegas with Chanel LÈVRES SCINTILLANTES in #87 for the perfect soft pink. I’m always impressed with Nars and Chanel but when layered, they really do have quite the effect. Like most of you, I want my lipstick to actually stay on for more than an hour. When I wear these together, I get just that!
If you haven’t tried Jo Malone yet, I highly suggest it! At least go in to Nordstrom or Neimans and get a sample. You won’t regret it. Jo Malone is all about layering scents. My go to combo is Blackberry & Bay cream with Lime Basil and Mandarin perfume.
