Every Summer I get really excited (yes excited) about establishing a good work out routine. During the school year I try to keep one up but I find it difficult to stay consistent and find the energy to go to the gym after teaching all day. That all changes during the Summer. During this time of year, I have that energy and motivation to hit the gym 4-5 times a week. It also helps when you actually enjoy your workout. Recently, I have tried Fly Wheel Sports. I have always enjoyed Barre classes and was pretty excited to hear about their Summer Special for new clients. I started with trying Fly Barre and then got the courage to try Fly Wheel. Whether you spin, barre or both it’s an amazing workout (just get ready, it tends to bring the sweat out in people!)
