Today, I’m off to New York for another Fashion Week! I am looking forward to seeing blogger friends, attending shows, and meeting with some of my favorite brands. While this week is highly anticipated, prepping for NYFW takes some serious planning, coordinating, and organizing. You know, the things I like think I’m really good at but sometimes not to much. This past week I have been on the go and trying to finish up various projects before heading off to the big apple.

I’ve mentioned before, how I attend Pure Barre classes regularly and (try) to eat healthy, but when it comes to fashion week, I kick everything into high gear. Carbon 38 is my absolute go-to for athlesiure. I love that I can wear their clothing from gym to street just by adding a few simple layers.

You’ve seen me sport their leggings and outerwear many times, but I love this little jumpsuit. I honestly, never thought I would own a jumpsuit, but after seeing a few girls wearing them in class a couple weeks ago and I was inspired to do the same! I was surprised at how much I loved the fit and comfort of this jumpsuit (not to mention, the ease of not having to adjust your clothing while working out). If you’ve worn Carbon 38’s leggings before, you know they are the most flattering pair you will own. I don’t know how they do it, but all I know is that I want one in every color.

  15. Athleisure is the best! Being a 2nd grade teacher and an active/healthy lifestyle lover myself, I love being able to transition from each activity in my day, while still being comfortable and cute! I hope you had a blast at NYFW 🙂

  17. That’s actually a really good idea in terms of convenience. I usually hate wearing jumpsuits when I go out because there’s that whole annoying “i gotta pee” factor, but when you’re working out, you don’t generally go to the bathroom a lot. So for working out, jumpsuits are actually a great idea! No constant adjusting (I assume).
