Where To Stay in Battery Park

20160913-img_3355

I loved sharing with you a few photos and details from my NYFW experience with you, but I wanted to  show this comfortable (and practical) look from my time in Battery Park. During the 2nd part of my trip, I moved downtown and stayed at The Ritz Carlton Battery Park. It was my first time staying in that area and I can’t wait to go back.

My favorite part of the hotel, besides the excellent customer service, had to be the view. You may remember seeing a little room tour on snapchat, but the view was absolutely gorgeous. I stayed here for the last part of my trip and though it was a little farther getting to midtown for shows and meetings, I never had an issue grabbing a cab or uber (unlike being in midtown, it was so so busy).

I wore this Floral Midi Dress and it was actually very comfortable. This dress was a breeze to travel with as it does not wrinkle (yes, you read that right) and it isn’t sheer. If it came in more colors I would be buying more without hesitation! You may have noticed I wear my Chanel Two-Toned Flats a lot (they were a lovely gift from Austin and a great investment piece) however I found a very similar style at a much better price. I don’t know about you, but I’ve gotten to the point where I wear flats or a low block heel pretty much all of the time. Of course there are times where I opt for a heel, but if I can wear flats, you bet I’m wearing them!

Thanks for stopping by! xx Ashley
