It’s amazing how versatile a blazer can be in your wardrobe. Whether you are dressing for the office or a dinner with the girls, a blazer is a staple year round. This White Blazer immediately caught my eye for summer.
A blazer is more than an item of clothing that can be worn in a professional setting. When paired with jeans, this essential instantly pulls together casual separates to create a polished off-duty look.
HOW TO STYLE A BLAZER WITH JEANS
- IT’S ALL ABOUT THE FIT: You want to find a blazer with a flattering fit. I prefer a blazer with structure, like this one, or a boyfriend fit that is longer and a bit relaxed. Either option will look nice with a pair of jeans.
- LAYER SOLID COLORS: I like to keep things simple and prefer a monochromatic look when layering a blazer. A white cotton tee is one of my go-to’s. If you want something more sophisticated, try a silky shell (also worn here) or lace camisole.
- PAIR WITH A POINTED TOE HEEL OR FLAT: If your office allows denim, I would opt for a pair of nude pumps. A block heel is a great compromise for comfort and style. They are so easy to walk in, too! If you prefer flat, try this studded pair.
