I asked you guys on Stories if you wanted to see a new beauty haul or my 5 most used products, and 78% of you voted to see my 5 most used products. These are my go-to’s!

1. MASCARA

Being in the fashion and beauty industry allows me to try and test a lot of new products. While I have other mascaras that I rotate periodically, the Lancome  Hypnôse Drama Mascara is the only one that I keep going back to. I was introduced to this by my roommate in college and have been wearing it off and on since. Right now, I love to layer it with the IT Cosmetics Superhero Mascara. Hello volume!

2. FOUNDATION

This was on my radar for quite some time, and I’m glad I decided to splurge on the Armani Luminous Silk Foundation. It is lightweight but provides a medium coverage. I like this because it feels like I have nothing on my skin! You can read my other reviews on this foundation here.

3. UNDEREYE CONCEALER

I was first introduced to the bareMinerals Stroke of Light Eye Brightener a few years ago at a bareMinerals fashion week event. I have since been addicted! It’s not too heavy and doesn’t crease throughout the day. I like this because you can layer it depending on how much coverage you need. I use the lightest shade “fair/pink”.

4. OUAI MEMORY MIST

I am a longtime customer (and fan) of OUAI. I have purchased or tried almost everything from their line. And to be honest, I am not as crazy about their shampoo and conditioner as I am their styling products. The Memory Mist is probably my favorite product they make because it’s truly unlike anything I have ever tried. This multitasking spray not only protects hair against heat from a curling iron, but it provides a lightweight hold that will memorize your hairstyle in-between shampoos. The best part? It doesn’t even feel like you have anything in your hair.  I used the Medium Hold Dry Hairspray for a while (and loved it) but it really doesn’t compare to the Memory Mist. If you’re looking for a curling iron, my T3 Twirl Convertible Curling Iron 1.25 is also included in the sale!

5. Hourglass Lighting Powder ‘Ethereal Light’

This is the most versatile product in my makeup bag. But I was a bit confused when I first tried this. Is it a highlighter, setting power…what is it? There was an Hourglass event in Dallas and I was able to ask first hand how to use this powder. Turns out, it can be used for all of the above. It’s not “shimmery” so you can apply all over for an airbrushed finish. I also use this on my cupids bow, bridge of my nose and under my brow. This is absolutely my favorite powder. Oh and if you are one to contour, use this brush to apply the ethereal powder under your contour. Game changer!

Please consider exploring Beautycounter products. Their cosmetics and skincare are high performing without the harmful chemicals that include hormone disruptors.
