The Suede Jacket I Bought in Two Colors

Suede JacketYou know it’s good when you buy it twice. At least that’s how I feel about this suede moto jacket. I actually purchased this one last year from Nordstrom and after wearing it so often, I ordered another color.

I’ve tried a few suede moto jackets over the years and honestly this is the best I’ve seen. I tried some #under100 options and really the material just didn’t compare. The fit and fabric on this jacket feel so luxe, it’s hard to believe it’s under $200. And as far as warmth goes, this isn’t lightweight. It’s actually pretty thick and keeps you cozy.

But with so many colors it’s a little hard to chose. Hence why I ended up with two. I personally like the brown and grey colors. You guys know I love pairing black and brown, so it gives me options and versatility in my outfit planning.

I often get asked about affordable layering pieces, and this black turtleneck is a great option. It’s thin and semi fitted, which is nice because it doesn’t add extra bulk. Pair this jacket with your favorite denim (I always wear this pair from Current Elliot), black skinnies or even a slip dress.

There is still time to enter the From Us With Love giveaway for a set of Sigma Brushes + Brush Shampoo Set. Good luck!

Have a great weekend!

xx Ashley

  1. Can You Wear Black and Brown Together? | The Teacher Diva: a Dallas Fashion Blog featuring Beauty & Lifestyle says:

[…] Wearing black and brown is easy to achieve — it can be as simple as pairing a camel sweater with black jeans or just wearing a black blouse with cognac leather belt. No matter how you wear it, the trick is to keep your shade of brown either a sand or cognac color. You don’t want the brown to be too dark to where it’s questionable if it’s black or not. I have a few examples here and here. […]
