Picking my favorite season is always a toss up, but there’s something to be said about dressing for spring. Around this time every year, I start stocking my shopping carts (online and in store!) with all things pastel, floral, and pieces that remind me of warmer days.
Case in point, this striped pastel sweater. I love how there’s pastel mixed in with transitional tones like navy, yet it feels fresh. It’s lightweight but easy to layer under a jacket until things really heat up, and it’d be cute to dress up with open-toed mules come May.
I’ve been seeing this mix of pastel strips, and not going to lie, it kind of reminds me of my grandpa’s old shirts—but in the best way. Have you guys noticed the revolving trend too? I have this Madewell shirt and this H&M sweater on my radar as similar selections.
Here’s to hoping we see more of the sun in Dallas! It’s been pouring lately!
Is it sunny where you are?
