If you are like me, you love all things organization. Maybe it’s because I was a teacher for 6 years or I just love the idea of things all having a place — either way, I get excited to be organized. Now that doesn’t mean I’m always organized per se, but I like to have the tools when needed.
I posted this makeup case on Instagram last month and got an overwhelming response of organizers seeking more tips and tricks when it came to this area. Several of you (528 to be exact) also bought one of these for yourself and mentioned how you wanted more ideas for affordable travel organizers to store makeup, skincare and makeup brushes.
While I love my Truffle bags and think they make excellent gifts, they can get pretty expensive. However, they are made of leather and high-quality materials. It just depends on what you are looking for. This duo (I also use these) is still chic and will cost you under $10.
AFFORDABLE TRAVEL ORGANIZERS
The perfect size for all your makeup and more. I also like this faux leather option too — it’s the same size and easy to wipe clean. It fit comfortably my Dior Backstage Contour Palette, Dior Brow Styler, Legendary Brows, Beauty Blender Defender + sponge (love this one more than the actual beauty blender), Chanel CC Cream, Illuminating Primer, Glow Drops in Liquid Sky, Lip Sleeping Mask (also reviewed here), Lawless Illuminating Setting Powder, Undereye Concealer (the Magic Away is literally magic) and the Glossier Balm Dotcom.
Love this brush holder! Although the big case above has a spot for brushes, I like to keep mine in this case and use the slots in the case for lipliners and lipsticks. This case fit my Bronzer Brush 05, Tapered Highlighter Brush, Basics Airbrush Set (I use the smaller ones for my nose and crease), Hourglass Veil Powder Brush and The Finger Brush (the best concealer brush).
CLEAR PLASTIC BAGS
Like I mentioned, they aren’t as “nice” as the Truffle bags but you really can’t beat the price. I used one bag for skincare and one for hair. In my skincare bag, I included my Vita Liberata Body Blur, Sleep Oil, Tan Luxe Self- Tan Drops, Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser, Native Deodorant, Good Genes Sunday Riley, French Girl Organics, Cuticle Oil, Jet Lag Mask. In my other bag, I kept everything I used for my hair: Hair Clip Pearl Barrettes, Bumble & Bumble Powder, Rake Comb, Yves Durif Petite Brush and the OUAI Hair Oil.

Love, love, love travel organization! I recently utilized my travel organization bags/pieces and I was able to fit so much more into my luggage! To the point where it looked like I barely packed anything! Love that this organizer has so many compartments to allow for so much more <3
