My Most-Worn Hair Accessories

If you know me, you know I’m an accessories girl. From jewelry to my love for bags to hair accessories, I truly believe they’re what make an outfit feel special. And since I’ve already covered my jewelry stack and my current sunglasses, today I thought I’d go into hair accessories. Y’all always seem to notice when I’ve got a new hand band or scrunchie so I don’t think I’m alone in my love for a good hair accessory. And let’s just say that since having George and becoming a lot busier, I rely on hair accessories a lot to mask dirty hair or to elevate jeans and a tee.

Let’s get into my all-time faves!

xx Ashley

SCRUNCHIES: Lately, scrunchies have been my most-worn accessory. I usually pair them with a low ponytail as I did here. Like I mentioned above, it’s an easy way to elevate an outfit or a regular pony. This Dinner Scrunchie is my absolute fave and here’s a pretty good dupe for it.

CLIPS: These are what I wear the most around the house when I want to get my hair out of my face. I’m loving the resurgence of 90’s styles though and seeing claw clips worn outside of the house too – with a french twist or half-up hairstyle. My favorites are these affordable tortoise claw clips from Amazon (which are great for holding up thick hair).

HEADBANDS: I’ve been in love with headbands since I was a young girl and I still find myself gravitating towards them, and in my opinion…the bigger the better. This denim headband is one I wear most often and I’m excited to pull it out again this spring/summer. I’m eyeing these faux designer headbands as well

Schunchies and clips work. Hair pieces around buns give a very nice upswept look as well

Since I was a little kid, headbands have been one of my favorite accessories, and I still find myself drawn to them; in my view, the larger the headband, the better it looks. This headband made of denim is one of the ones I wear the most, and I can’t wait to bring it back out for the spring and summer seasons. These imitation designer headbands have caught my interest as well.
