OK, lots of requests after teasing Austin’s Espresso Martini on NYE, and apologies it’s taken me this long to get the recipe up. We’ve been into espresso martini’s for some time now, so Austin thought he’d attempt an at-home recipe. And to be honest, it’s really really good.
I’ll also link the glasses, etc. that we’ve been using. Let me know what you think. Cheers!

AUSTIN’S ESPRESSO MARTINI RECIPE
+ 1 oz brewed espresso (used these Nespresso espresso pod)
+ 1.5 oz vodka (we like Gallant)
+ 1.5 coffee flavor liqueur (highly recommend Cafe Granita)
+ 1.5 oz Half and Half (we like them extra creamy)
+ Handful of ice
+ Combine in a cocktail shaker and shake well to get it foamy. Strain into a cocktail glass*. Serve and enjoy!
*We used the Coupe version of these which are sold out as I type this, but they should restock. I’m linking similar options below though!
