I’m usually only into neutrals, but lately, I’m really loving the soft pastels. Especially for spring. I’ve pulled together some light layers that I’m wearing right now. They are perfect options for spring and many of these I plan to wear in the summer with these longer denim shorts.
LAYERING STAPLES YOU NEED:
I have been loving the chocolate brown trend, even for spring/summer. I think the color is luxe and elevates any outfit. This brown blazer (on sale rn) has been a favorite of mine (worn here). It’s under $100, fully lined, and has a drapey fit. I’m in a small, but it’s oversized (which I prefer). I also recently bought this one in green. It’s a thin material and ideal to wear during warmer weather. I got a Medium. PS. I’m doing a full blazer haul this month and including both of these + a ton of others I’m loving right now.
Let’s hear it for the new arrivals at Target right now. Honestly, there are some hidden gems right now. Starting with these cardigans. This cream cardigan (in a small) has been a spring staple for me. I wear it with these jeans and this black tank dress weekly. I also bought in pink, because frankly it was too good to pass up.
Shoes featured can be found here.
Denim styles I’m wearing are all time favorite, Agolde Riley (*on sale* TTS — very little stretch), Levis 501 – worn with pink sweater (no stretch, size up if you are in-between), and the black pair is Agolde Lana Crop (TTS, but supposed to have a 90’s fit)
