In my quest for self-care and effortless style, I often find myself doing a little virtual window shopping. Don’t get me wrong 90% remains in my cart, but it feels good to spend a few minutes perusing the new arrivals tab and pretending I have an excuse to shop.
In a more practical sense, here’s five things that I am buying right now:
My girl at Drybar uses this and swears it helps maintain your blowout. She also told me this would work great with my Dry Shampoo hack. I will do anything to help keep my hair healthy and extending time between washes.
2. GRADUAL SELF TANNING LOTION:
I’ve mentioned on my stories, I’ve become somewhat addicted to self tanning. That sounds a bit aggressive, but I’ve gotten two spray tans since Memorial Day and it is honestly a game changer. I’m pretty sure my last spray tan was 6 years ago for a wedding and now I’m trying to find another excuse to schedule one.
Anyways, to extend your spray tan or at the very least maintain a good base while you are in-between visits, my girl recommended this illuminating tanning lotion. It’s hydrating and the ingredients won’t break down your spray tan. She told me to start using on day 3 of the spray tan.
You know I loved the Amazon white cover up, but I just went to repurchase (I had the same one for 3 years and it was time to replace it) and unfortunately discovered that they changed the fabric. It’s so cheap and thin now, nothing like it was when I purchased a few years ago. I went ahead and bought this oversized shirt (I got the Large). I wore the green version here and it’s held up so well. I love the fit too.
I am living in these right now. The fabric is a cotton, linen blend and I would wear with a tank under or a bikini top on vacation. I have them in white and black and wear a medium.
With camps, swim and all the summer activities in full swing, I needed to update our sunscreen for the kids. This is one of the cleanest formulas and it seems to work great. I apply with a makeup brush and it makes it *kind of* easier to apply on wiggly kiddos.
