Everything I packed for Hilton Head

Over the weekend, I went to Hilton Head to celebrate my SIL’s bachelorette party. It was so much fun, but I was quickly reminded how I simply can’t hang like I used to. Austin’s sister, Caroline, and her friends were 7-8 years younger than me and let’s just say, I needed my rest. It was such a blast though and honestly, I needed a little weekend getaway. Should I share our itinerary and where we went in Hilton Head? I did pack a few outfits that I loved getting to wear on the island. And if you follow me on IG, you know I am quite the planner when it comes to packing. I just find it so much easier to know exactly what I am wearing for each event and it also helps me not overpack.

I use the notes app to plan my looks and make my packing list (anyone else obsessed with the notes app?).

Below, I screenshotted what it looks like. I include the weather forecast and usually include a photo of me wearing it so I can just copy the look. LMK if you want me to do a full breakdown of this process.

Notes App Travel Hack

ADIDAS SAMBAS (sizing notes: these are unisex, so pay attention to sizes. I am normally an 8.5/9 and I took a 7 in these)

PANTS (sizing notes: these run a bit large, I’m in a small but could have done an XS) | TEE: (sizing notes: I’m in a small, boxy fit) | SWEATER: (sizing notes: in a small — good quality) | BAG | SUITCASE (I love this carry on. I’ve never had an issue with it fitting in the overhead compartment and I love that it has a zipper expander if you need to make more room and check the bag. Highly recommend) | ADIDAS SAMBAS (sizing notes: these are unisex, so pay attention to sizes. I am normally an 8.5/9 and I took a 7 in these) | SUNGLASSES

MINI BAG (I’m only seeing the medium size left, but this is genuine leather and such good quality)

DRESS (sizing notes: in a small) | SWEATER (sizing notes: in a med) | NECKLACE (18″ length) | SUNGLASSES

MATCHING SET (sizing notes: I took a small, nice quality. This feels like an elevated knit. It’s thin, but not see-through) | BAG: (Make sure you do not order initials on it. And don’t worry, it comes with a plain leather strap. Here’s my full review on this bag.) | SANDALS (sizing notes: go up a size, these run small)

BLACK DRESS (sizing notes: in a small. My favorite dress in my closet!) | SHOES (sizing notes: I went up a 1/2 size. Love these so much I have in 2 colors) | EARRINGS

On Caroline: PEARL BRA TOP | CREAM MATCHING SET | SHOES (they are old!)
