When it comes to fall fashion, there are three staples every girl should own: a great bag, a killer pair of boots, and a quality coat. You'd think, as a teacher, summer would be the season I look forward to most. But fall has to be one of my favorite times of the year. I love the crisp air, the spicy candles and most importantly, the fashion. This is the time of year where your outerwear is more important than the rest of your outfit. That's where this coat comes in to play. I immediately feel in love this belted wool coat by Talbots. It's so soft! The wool makes it warm enough for those cold, windy days, but it breathes enough for when the sun is out. And this grey color goes with just about anything. After being in New York and Boston this past January, I learned (the hard way) the importance of investing in a quality coat. Find a coat that makes you feel confident and one that fits well.
