I am hosting my sister-in-laws bachelorette party and shower on Saturday and currently working on material for the Blogger Workshop next Wednesday. I have been loving shirt dresses lately. They are so versatile and perfect for Spring and Summer. This Black Shirtdress from Lou & Grey has been my go-to. It's perfect to wear to just about anywhere and I love that I can dress it up with wedges or down with flats. Hi everyone! I am so excited to share a few pictures and a fun interview I did with Kate from The Small Things Blog. She was in Dallas a few weekends ago, and Austin and I had the pleasure of meeting her downtown at Mercat Bistro.
This was my first time to meet her face-to-face, but after a few short minutes, it was like we've been long time friends. We talked about our favorite things, shared funny stories, and of course talked about all things hair! Chances are you know Kate, but if you don't, you will quickly learn that she is a hair genius (seriously, I know you've seen her all over Pinterest). When it comes to tools, products, and tutorials, this girl has you covered!
We had so much fun sitting down and chatting with Kate. She is just so nice and genuine...I hope to work with her again soon!

Today is a special day for Austin and I as we are celebrating 4 years of marriage! I thought it would be fun to share some photos from our wedding with you all. What a true joy it has been to marry the love of my life and best friend. We've had many new (scary and exciting) changes over these past 4 years, but I am thankful to have him by my side.
My prayer is we continue to put God first and always stay faithful through the good and bad. Happy Anniversary, Aus!

There's nothing more appropriate for Spring than a floral swing dress (only a few sizes left). I picked up this dress a few weeks ago when my mom took me birthday shopping, and I knew it would be ideal for the new season. My main reason was to wear it to Lindsay's (my sis-in-law) bridal shower last weekend, but I also love the idea of wearing it in a more casual setting. Perhaps paring with with my scalloped flats or these Valentino-esq pointy toe flats. For Summer, why not pair this dress with lace up sandals? I love it! ...
