How I Get My Everyday Loose Curls

How I Get My Everyday Loose Curls

I am so excited to finally share an updated hair tutorial featuring how I get my everyday loose curls. I'm definitely not a pro, but this is my regular routine and my favorite way to style my hair. Not only is it a low maintenance hairstyle, but I actually figured out how to get my curls to last a good 2 (maybe 3) days without restyling. Don't worry, I'm sharing my secrets below. I hope you enjoy this loose curls hair tutorial! If you try this tutorial and love the results, be sure to tag #TTDbeautytalk on instagram or twitter for a chance to be featured on my instagram-stories! Thanks for stopping by! xx Ashley HOW TO GET LOOSE CURLS

  1. Start with clean hair. If time allows, I let my hair air dry overnight. This gives it some texture and helps keep the curl bouncy. Before curing, I use Oribe Royal Blowout. This heat protecting mist helps fight frizz, heat damage and gives a subtle sheen to your hair. It's weightless and works on both wet or dry hair. I know it's pricey, but it's good. The directions say to use it on damp hair, but my hair stylist recommends using it on wet or dry hair.

The 10 Minute Facial at Home

The 10 Minute Facial at Home

I love the feeling I get right after a facial. Who doesn't right? My skin is always so soft, glowing and more hydrated than before. But like most of you, the days are busy and I find it hard to make the time for a facial or a trip to the med spa. My Favorite Face Primers

My Favorite Face Primers

It wasn't until a couple of years ago that I started to really understand the benefit of using a face primer. I always had this idea in my head that using a primer would either make my skin become more oily or cause it to breakout. However, I quickly discovered that isn't the case with some primers. A primer is a base for your foundation that creates a smooth canvas for makeup application. It can help smooth pores, increase longevity in your makeup, and help soften any minor skincare concerns. If time allows, I usually wait a minute or two before applying my primer.  ...
