Black & Leather

20141109-IMG_1719

While my closet consists of many colors and textures, I always seem to gravitate towards black or grey pieces. There is something about black on black that seems classic to me. When I saw this sweater from Bradamant, I knew I wanted to pair it with black bottoms (you may remember me posting about these body suits here).

I wear that blouse all the time and I know the same will be true for this sweater. But this monochromatic look required some type of texture and statement. This leather skirt was the perfect way to make this look a little more interesting and not so boring. The zippers added some edge and the necklace kept things feminine. The whole collection is amazing. I can’t wait to try this bodysuit!
