Mother’s Day Gift Ideas

With Mother’s Day a few weeks away, I reflect on how much I appreciate my mom and everything she has done for me over the past 29 years. Though I am not a mom (yet), I can only imagine the sacrifice and hard work that goes into raising a family. My mom is incredibly special to me and I could not be more excited to partner with Barrington Gifts to share a fun collaboration with her just in time for Mother’s Day.

Many of you saw our snapchat from this shoot, and I really enjoyed sharing our experience with you all! A lot of you loved hearing my mom share her teaching stories (she is the original Teacher Diva after all) so maybe we can convince her to get back on my snapchat more often. Ha!

My mom has mentioned countless times that she wants a matching tote and duffle bag for traveling. When Barrington Gifts approached me with this opportunity, I knew it would be a perfect fit (especially since she has borrowed my St. Anne Tote and  Belmont Cabin Bag several times). I really wanted to surprise my Mom with a matching set in the Florentine Leather for Mother’s Day and couldn’t wait to show her the bags a few weeks early at our photo shoot. She was so excited and couldn’t get over the quality of the bags. When I was teaching, I used my St. Anne Tote as my “teacher bag” and it was very durable. It would hold my laptop, lesson plans and papers with no issues! The brown leather is timeless and fits our style perfectly. My parents have a few trips coming up and these will be perfect travel accessory.
