5 Pieces To Get You Through Winter

TheTeacherDivaOutfit-24While cold weather accessories are fun to buy, I am so ready for warmer weather. Anyone else? Though, I’m slowly transitioning my closet & blog content to focus on Spring, I’m still very much needing to layer on some of my coziest pieces. My outfit here was inspired by the items I have worn the most this season. We all have those core pieces we find ourselves wearing more than others. These have been it for me! In my opinion, all you need is a few staples as a base for your wardrobe. With those, you can mix and match with trendy pieces or other items hanging in your closet. Here are my  5 pieces to get you through winter. Chances are, you have at least 2 of these in your closet now. And if you play your cards right, you can probably wear a few of these into Spring!

What is the piece you find yourself wearing more often than others? Thanks for stopping by! xx Ashley Ashley Robertson Winter Outfit  Moto Jacket with jeans Loose curls hairstyle Chunky Scarf with Jacket Chunky Scarf with Jacket The Teacher Diva Winter Outfit Ashley Robertson Hair Saint Laurent Sac De JourOUTFIT DETAILS:

I’ve had my eye on that jacket since you wore it a few months ago. It looks great with this sweater + scarf!

Thank you for staying true to the season! It’s so hard to stay fashionable throught the long winters here in Michigan, and seeing all these bloggers in spring clothes bums me out! 🙂

Adorable outfit! But a $670 dollar jacket and $350 dollar booties? It’s just not very realistic for the everyday woman, wouldn’t you agree?

      Hi Tiffany,

I totally hear you. The jacket was a lovely (and very nice) gift and the shoes I’ve had for about 5 years. They are pricey, but have proven to last season after season. You definitely don’t have to pay $350 to get a good pair of boots. I have a pair from Steve Madden that I wear every year and they are still going strong. I’m just saying these R&B booties have been a staple for me. As always, I try to share a similar option at different price points. I appreciate your feedback!
