A little leopard is always a good idea when you’re trying to have some fun with your outfit. This faux fur leopard coat (similar style) has been in my closet for years. And after the huge response from this post featuring my leopard sweater, it was obvious you guys liked leopard print too! I’ve seen a big push in this trend over the past few months and wanted to share a few similar styles that are currently available.
While the coat is definilty a statement, it’s fun to wear dressed up or down. I wore it last year with my LBD to a New Year’s Eve party, and here you see that I kept the look very casual with my distressed denim, rockstud flats and printed tee. In my opinion, you can wear it with just about anything. We have a formal event coming up and I’m contemplating buying this blush colored dress with black tights and black dress boots. I think the blush color would complement the leopard perfectly!
On a personal note, we are celebrating Austin’s 30th Birthday today! You may have seen me prep over on snapchat, but I am very excited to spoil him all day long starting with breakfast in bed, chocolate cupcakes, balloons, dinner at his favorite place and a couple other surprises. It should be a fun day! 🙂
Thanks for reading! xx Ashley
(old) Leopard Coat (similar style here, here and here) | Valentino Rockstud Flats (fit: these run small, I would go up a 1/2 size. I found an identical pair for much less! I have not purchased myself, but I have a friend who has and was very happy with the shoes. These are the best looking dupes I’ve seen.) | Sophie Hulme Mini Envelope Bag (I love that the straps come off and this converts into a clutch) | Sincerely Jules Tee (fit: I like my tees to fit a little loose. I am in a medium) | AG Denim | Celine Audrey Sunglasses | Stila Liquid Lipstick in Bacca | Tory Burch Logo Ring | Tory Burch Pearl Earrings (these are the same ones I have been wearing on snapchat)
