From statement earrings to delicate necklaces, Kendra Scott’s new Spring Collection is everything I want to be wearing. Being someone who is very particular about their jewelry, I found a few key pieces from her latest collection that I can wear with my current wardrobe staples.
One piece that immediately caught my eye were the Diane Statement Earrings in Ivory Pearl. I can’t decide what I love more about these earrings: the gemstone details or the unique circular shape. Either way, they are a pair that I’m wearing non-stop this season. Especially with a simple black blouse or dress.
I still remember the night I met Kendra Scott. That’s right — the Kendra Scott. I was asked to attend this event at a store opening near my house. They told me a special guest was arriving but I had no idea it was Kendra. You guys, she was absolutely stunning, kind, and has the most generous soul. She actually took the time to talk to each guest and showed interest in each conversation. Her story is pretty incredible and is a great example of perseverance and what it means to never give up. I read an interview from her a while back and this quote has stuck with me to this day:
If you look at the struggles in your life, they have all happened because there’s something amazing waiting for you. There is an open window. This moment is going to make you stronger in the future.
