Mother’s Day Beauty Gift Ideas From eBay

My mom has always been an inspiration to me. She is truly the most beautiful person I know inside and out. And with Mother’s Day in a few weeks, I can’t think of a better time to start gathering inspiration for gift ideas.

Mom and I have always had the type of relationship where we look to each other for advice. Whether it’s about career changes, relationships, beauty or clothing choices, we tend to be pretty honest with each other. Often you’ll find us texting one another about new brands or products we have tried and she is constantly (I say that in a loving tone – ha!) wanting to borrow from my beauty bag. I’m sure those of you who live near your mom or sisters can relate! A few weeks ago mom and I went on a trip together. And we laugh because I’m really not sure why we bothered packing two separate beauty bags. We honestly just shared one (aka mine) and used the same products.

Today, I’m highlighting some of our favorite products now on eBay — perfect for Mother’s Day gifting. Did you know that all beauty + fragrance sold on eBay is brand new and still the same quality that you would get in stores? One of my personal favorites (and mom’s too!) is the MAC Power Hungry Eyeshadow Palette. This is the palette I use most often as it offers natural, everyday shades as well as dramatic options. Mom prefers a matte eyeshadow and loved using “Totally Obsessed” and “Bling Mistress” — two matte options in the palette. We also love a good neutral or pink lip and MAC’s iconic lipsticks are often a choice for us. I typically wear “Pure Zen” or “Kinda Sexy”.

I also found one of my personal summer must-haves, the NARS Laguna Liquid Bronzer. This bronzer is ideal for mixing in with your current foundation for a sun-kissed glow. We all tend to get a little color during these warmer months (you all know I love a good self tanner), and this helps customize your favorite foundation year-round. It also looks amazing mixed in with your moisturizer if you want a little color at the beach or by the pool.

Another popular one is the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water. Ah — I love a good face mist! Use this with your favorite beauty sponge to help set your makeup or touchup throughout the day.
