What We Have in Our Diaper Cart

I’m glad y’all enjoyed the Baby Essentials I shared this week, and as promised, today I’m going to cover what we keep in our rolling baby cart. We tend to keep this in our living room or bedroom depending on the time of day, and it’s been such a life-saver during the newborn stage.

I keep it stacked with our essentials so that I’m able to change, feed, or snuggle Charlie wherever we’re hanging out. While it’s nothing groundbreaking, here’s what we store in our cart, which I refill every few days. Also, these baskets are the best and fit perfectly in this cart.

xx Ashley

WHAT WE HAVE IN OUR DIAPER CART

DIAPERS, WIPES + DIAPER CREAM: We’ve used a couple of different diapers but keep coming back to Coterie. We’ve used them for both Charlie and George and we’ve used these simple Water Wipes for each, too. I also like this healing diaper cream that seems gentle but effective at the same time.

LOTION + OIL: As I mentioned in my baby essentials post, I’ve used erbaviva products with both boys in the bath and on the body. I keep both the lotion and oil in the cart.

PACIFIERS: We keep these everywhere, including the cart.

BLANKET: There’s always a blanket on board and we rotate it based on what’s clean. This Barefoot Dreams is my favorite and I use it to snuggle Charlie during feeds or for naps on his infant lounger.

BURP CLOTHS: There’s also always a stack of clean burp cloths so we’re prepared no matter where Charlie is eating or being burped.

NIPPLE BALM + PUMP: One of my favorite parts of the cart is the access to the pump. I’m no longer pumping and am relying on my freezer stash but I kept my pump in the cart at all times. It definitely made pumping so much easier, not being tied to one room of the house. This nipple balm has been my go-to for both postpartum stages as well.

I love this and am using it as inspiration for our changing/nursing cart! Do you have a link to the large basket you used on the top? The ones in your ‘clip to shop’ are different.
