Every Fall I always look forward to changing beauty routine. Nothing too drastic, but I definitely start incorporating more neutrals and brown tones with the changing of the season. An easy (and affordable) way to get your makeup routine ready for Fall, is by choosing a fall lipstick.
Here are my top 5 for Fall:
I love this long wear lipstick. I’ve tried several brands and tested many matte lipsticks but this is by far my favorite. It lasts for several hours and does not dry out my lips or make them look cracked. I have a few of these but my favorite for Fall is Melon. It’s a great coral-nude. It looks beautiful worn alone or with my Tom Ford Lipgloss in Naked.
This is a new purchase for me and I love the semi-matte finish. This is perfect for anyone who has been wanting to try the matte trend, but not quite ready to go all in. It has lots of pigment and leaves my lips feeling soft, not sticky. I like the color “Playpen” because it’s pink but not too pink. This has some long-wear properties, but it’s nothing like the Jouer Lip Crème.
Usually, I’m not a fan of high shine lip glosses. However, this one has exceeded my expectations! I love this color because it looks beautiful worn over almost any color. It’s the perfect sheer nude.
Looking for the perfect matte lipstick? This is for you! This is a true matte color that does not dry out lips. It actually feels like velvet on your lips! This is a new product for Chantecaille and I’m hoping they bring out more colors because this is a great lipstick.
This is my favorite nude lipstick. The color has a lot of buzz in the beauty world and I can see why. It goes on soft & smooth and gives your lips the perfect nude pout. I love this color because it has a subtle pink hue. While this doesn’t last for hours, it sure does look beautiful!
