I’m usually pretty simple when it comes to my hairstyle — I like loose curls, piecey layers and a somewhat “undone” approach to my everyday hairdo. But lately, I’ve had so much fun with hair bows and headbands. There’s definitely a trend we are seeing in wearing accessories like silk ribbons, scrunchies and headbands. Not only is this the perfect solution to second (or third) day hair styling, but it also offers a youthful feel without being too childlike.
Whether you find it off of a pretty package or from this list below, the goal is to keep the hair loose and not too perfect. Have fun with it!
Which style is calling your name?

HAIR ACCESSORIES ON MY LIST
Velvet Bow Scrunchie
Have you heard?! Scrunchies are back and I love the velvet detailing for fall. This would look ideal in a messy top knot.
Cuff Ponytail Holder
Chic up your ponytail with this silver cuff. Can’t wait to use this in a low ponytail and bring some variety into my hairstyles.
On The Road Scarf Pony
I’m excited to try this scarf. And I love the idea of wrapping around a thick, textured pony.
One And Always Barrette
Forget the bobby pins! These barrettes make for a trendy way to hide bumps and baby hairs.
Silk Metal Ring Headwrap
This headwrap is giving me major Studio 54 vibes. How cool is the metal ring? At under $15 – it makes a great gift too!
Mini Margot Hair Pin
Here is another fun alternative to using bobby pins. I love the idea of using it to pin back loose braids.
Velvet Knot Headwrap
Not only are headwraps super on trend, but they can help hide a bad hair day too!
WOOD CHARM SCRUNCHIE
Love this little scrunchie, especially with a low bun.
Stripe Scrunchie
Another classic twist on the scrunchie, so simple and sweet.
EMBROIDERED GINGHAM CANVAS HAIR TIE
This gingham hair tie is such an easy way of updating your ponytail, I also love the subtle initial on this ribbon.

Thanks! hope you had a great weekend. Xo
Cute picks! I have been loving satin scrunchies on hot days 🙂
Noelle
When I discovered there were scrunchies that didn’t leave dents in my hair- I LOADED UP on them. I didn’t care if they were not in style! I had all colors and fabrics although black was my favorite. Now to find my very old Levi’s classic jean jacket that is two sizes too big! Ha!
I LOVE the silk ribbon in the main picture. So happy to see they’re “in style” again. I have so many.
Right!? I think they are so darling!
So beautiful!I will buy some hair accessories for my customers now.
Hi there! I am so happy to hear that! Thank you for your comment. XO
FOr the first one, i would prefer a simple velvet scrunchy rather than the one with ribbons,
