Being someone who lives in layers year-round, it’s about time I share my “tested and approved” take on white t-shirts. We all want that white t-shirt that isn’t sheer, has the best relaxed fit, and is the perfect length for a front tuck. And after years of trying different brands and styles, I’ve narrowed it down to four that I have on rotation.
Not even kidding when I say these are my ride or die — I actually bought a back up in case for some reason they ever sell out or stop making them.
So let’s get into it.
THE BEST WHITE CREW NECK T-SHIRTS
This one is a tie between my Levi’s Perfect Pocket Tee and the Vintage Crew Neck from Madewell. Both are made with quality cotton, under $30 and have lasted wash after wash. I wear these a lot and need basics that will actually last. For the Levi’s tee, be sure to size up. I take a medium and love the boxy fit. It’s also on sale today with code 72HOURS.
THE BEST V-NECK T-SHIRTS
One of my favorite tees is The Perfect V Tee from Current Elliot. It’s pricey but the fit is truly the best (I wear a size 1). For a budget-friendly option, you can’t go wrong with The Cotton V-Neck from Everlane (literally $18). Be sure to size up with the Everlane tee, they tend to run a bit small.
QUESTION: Which one would you wear more? xx Ashley
