IN MY CART: AMAZON SELF CARE

Let's talk self-care, because at least for me, it was something I did not do enough of last year and I'm trying to change that. I think sometimes I feel like self-care has to be some over-the-top luxury like a massage or a facial and let's be honest...I don't have time for that often. I know most of us don't!
