One of my favorite parts of home decor is styling a tablescape. I love choosing a ‘theme’ and seeing all the little pieces coming together, and then of course, enjoying the meal with people I love. I’ve always been obsessed with different glassware and those details that come into a tablescape, too.
It’s probably not a shocker that I tend to lean into more neutral items, even when it comes to a holiday tablescape. Don’t get me wrong, I love the holidays and decorating my home, but there’s something that feels refreshing and unique about going more neutral for holiday hosting. I technically put this one together for Thanksgiving earlier this year but will be recreating it for a Christmas dinner we have coming up.
I hope you find inspiration from it, whether using it for the holidays or any occasion on your calendar.
Keep scrolling to see images + all products I used. If you want more inspo, here’s another holiday tablescape I put together last year. I also have details on our dining room and our kitchen on the blog.

WHAT I USED FROM MY NEUTRAL HOLIDAY TABLESCAPE
+ Linen Table Cloth: Love how this looks lived in with that imperfect linen look.
+ Plates: We’ve used these plates for years and they truly work with everything.
+ Linen Napkins: I went with linen on linen for the tabecloth and then these napkins. These are a great deal and come in several pretty colors; I got rustic taupe.
+ Candle Holders: Mine are super old but this $24 set is very similar.
+ Votive Candle Holder: These holders feel feminine and delicate which I like to pair against the more earthy vibe of the linens.
+ Flatware: Love the mix of gold and black here – they’re very versatile. Another great deal from Amazon.
+ Glasses: My exact glasses are from H&M (other colors are still in stock but mine aren’t). If you like the color I have though, these are almost identical in amber smoke.
